The Community Awareness team on the Sunshine Coast attend events to spread the beach safety message throughout the community. 

On the same wave

We provide free surf education programs for immigrant groups and agencies to educate our newest members of the community. We wish to engage these people from all walk of life to understand the beach and make it a fun experience for them. 

Helicopter Visits

The Westpac Rescue Helicopter can visit your school, our experience crew give a presentation to the whole school or service. An experience that your students will remember. Also a way to top off a great year for well behaved students.

* please note that the crew may cancel due to weather and/or be called away in the event of an emergency.
