The annual Junior Activities Forum for Sunshine Coast Branch will be held on Saturday, 3rd August 2019. Please be there at 8.15am for an 8:30am start at Sunshine Coast Branch, Parkyn Parade, Mooloolaba. The forum will run until approximately 3:00pm. Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
It is imperative that all clubs have at least one representative at this forum as important information for the coming season and changes to junior activities operations will be provided. While it is recommended that Junior Activities Chairs attend the event, any representative from your club's Junior Activities Committee can represent the club. In addition, more than one representative is welcome to attend (maximum 3) and clubs are encouraged to send officers who will play key roles in the delivery of their activities this season.
The forum will be presented by both Branch and State volunteer officers and staff so there will be plenty of experience on hand to provide advice and answer questions.

o SLSA Age Managers Course
o Processing of Junior Age Awards
o Junior Activities Accreditation Officers (JAAOs)
o SLSQ App
o Administration Tips
o And more...
As a part of this forum we will also be looking for feedback from clubs on the following:
Member Statistics - feedback from clubs as to how they are using these to drive improved outcomes and any other statistics that they would like to see reported.
Family Participation Program - feedback from clubs to past successes, and implementation strategy for the new season.
Club Visits - feedback from clubs as to their effectiveness and any suggested improvements.
Good Ideas Forum - each club to briefly present one good idea from their JA operations that may help other clubs.
