CARNIVAL ENTRY INFORMATION

Entries close on the SLSA Carnival Manager program on Wednesday 26th September at 12.00pm.

Team Manager Declarations, with officials, is due to the Branch office on at 12.00pm.

All entries must be done via the SLSA Carnival Manager Program. No hand written entries will be accepted.

In addition to club nominations via Carnival Manager, all competitors must complete and lodge a completed EOI for the 2017 Representative Team as per circular dated 3rd September 2018.

ENTRY ELIGIBILITY

All competitors must be proficient in the following to enter this carnival:

• U13 to U14 - Junior Preliminary Evaluation and Competition Evaluation

• U15 – Surf Rescue Certificate

• U17 - Bronze Medallion

ENTRY FEES

Entry fees are: $24.50 per person

All payments are to be paid on receipt of a tax invoice, as per normal business practice. This will be sent to all clubs after the completion of the Carnival.

Event Cancellation conditions:

 If a carnival is cancelled with no postponement before the first event is conducted, 25% of entry fees will charged to clubs for administration costs.

 If a carnival is cancelled after the first event is conducted full entry fees will be charged.

 If a carnival is postponed and rescheduled to another date, 25% of entry fees will be charged to clubs that cannot compete at the rescheduled event.
